Your expungement eligibility is based on your total criminal history which includes incidents in all of the United States. You will need to contact the Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification for Expungement Eligibility.

No. The court will give you a paper with the names and addresses for the deliverable agencies that you will have to take the Expungement orders to. Once the agencies receive the order from the Judge your record with that agency will be expunged.

The Bureau of Criminal Identification does not retain any juvenile offender information and all requests for Juvenile expungements must be made at Juvenile Court.
