Salt Lake County Animal Services is dedicated to providing superior support, education, protection and advocacy for all animals and members of the community.

The Salt Lake Valley Landfill provides environmental stewardship, financial integrity, safety, and quality service to benefit the environment, residents, businesses, and employees of Salt Lake County.

Salt Lake County Flood Control Engineering provides permitting, inspection, engineering design, and maintenance services along over 500 miles of county waterways.

Fleet Management is an ASE Certified repair facility with four shops and over 30 technicians handling the transportation and mobile mechanical needs of all Salt Lake County Agencies and Districts.

Emergency services provides support to disaster recovery programs, and leads the personnel and organizational emergency preparedness of Salt Lake County Government.

Salt Lake County Engineering  provides engineering services to the Greater Salt Lake Municipal Services District (MSD) to build and maintain roadways and sidewalks, manage traffic calming programs, encroachments and excavation permitting, and special event permitting.
